Determined to wake up the town, he begins by trying to wake up his home, the Abertwp Kremlin, with disastrous and hilarious results. Only Wales produces eccentrics like Horatio ap Llewellyn Evans. Smiling through the clouds of dust from one disaster after another, he ploughs on regardless. Based on an actual character whose antics live on in the memories of those in the Swansea Valley who witnessed his amazing feats of self-deception, Horatio is a character to be loved and laughed at in equal measure.
